I spent a good part of the weekend wandering through several different outdoor markets. There were so many things clamoring for my attention.... pottery, jewelry, handmade knits, organic soaps, baked goods, fresh local produce and flowers. And this is only the beginning. I can't wait to return when the berries are ripe!
That basket of herbs is so lush. My herbs down here are beginning to suffer with the growing heat. I'm going to turn crankiest soon because I don't like super hot weather. If I were at that market, I probably would have not been able to resist the baby caps.
ReplyDeleteQuestion for you. When you take those award-winning, oh so soft, macro photos of the flowers, do you set up a tripod outdoors? I haven't tried "free-style" yet with my new 50mm macro lens (did I tell you I got one!!). It seems I always need a tripod.
Next I'm thinking about a telephoto!! It will be awhile though...
I'm in love with the herbs, it's almost as though I can smell them.
ReplyDeletei'll take a couple of those baby hats for photo shoots.....too cute !
