Enduring Petals

Not very December-like is it? But I am still finding flowers! And I can't help but be drawn to them. They say it might snow over the weekend, so I might be photographing flakes rather than droplets for the next few posts. Still dreaming of a white Christmas.

  1. I fell asleep last night to the sound of sleet against the windows & doors. We won't have a white Christmas, but I'm hoping you get yours.

Perhaps we will just have a white flowers Christmas!

    :) Debi

  2. They must have a secret they only share with you:)

  3. It is nice to know that flowers are still blooming elswhere. It is almost a philosphical kind of thing as far as "what is reality"?
Flowers don't bloom this time of year.
    Oh yes, they do!!

  4. I love the focus on the water drops. We've been getting rain off and on this week, but it is supposed to snow this weekend. We shall see. No flowers here, though.

  5. Such a beautiful fairy world for Dec. you paint.....

  6. You have been blooming in my eyes all the while.
You are the unending blossom that
    i've ever known.

Everything becomes sacred in your touch.
Sweet Jaime, are'nt you that standing flower, perfuming daily each one of us who come to breathe in here??

  7. Exquisite detail on the drops of rain.

  8. I'm smiling... I'm sure you must know why...
You are thought of so many times throughout the day, but you of course know that.

This one complicated girl has her heart hand in hand with another little complicated girl...

we should make snow angels together, and build snowmen until our mittens are so crusted with packed down snow that we can hardly bear their weight... I saved my most precious buttons to share with you.

you are loved so much my sister/friend... so very much indeed.

  9. seems you are getting your white xmas! xx
