December Blooms

The oddest little bush grows outside my window. It drops all of its pretty leaves in the winter, but then it begins to bloom! The other day I even saw a bumble bee orbiting around its buttery blossoms....in December!

  6. Wow, that's really amazing. All we have left here are berries and a few apples still clinging on to the bare branches.

  9. It really is a lovely flower and even more precious at this time of year. I have the same one blooming just outside my door too and I believe it's a Winter Jasmine.

  12. What grows outside your windows grows within my heart, as red`poppies` do in the snow,
but, if you look forward to seeing them, you 'll have to come here where i m sitting thinking of her who walks between those bushes.
