The sun, with all those planets
revolving around it and dependent on it,
can still ripen a bunch of grapes
as if it had nothing else in the universe to do.

A beautiful photograph and just the right words to go with it. Reminds us, that we are just a tiny speck in the universe and must not think of ourselves as too important or indispensable.
ReplyDeletelush and beautiful
ReplyDeleteOh, yum!!:-)
ReplyDeleteOh what a quote. Oh what a quote. It puts things in perspective when we start to feel a bit puffed up and important with all our busy-ness, doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteAnother beautiful photo Jaime! Thank you for all your kind words and comments and checking out my blog! Love making new friends in the bloggosphere! -45 indeed! Believe it or not I live in Southwest Saskatchewan. Northern Saskatchewan sometimes is warmer as they usually have way more snow. We don't usually get much snow but we get windchill of anywhere between -40 and -50. Makes it a tad 'nippy' let me tell you! :-) Anyhoo ~ love the grapes!
ReplyDeleteYes to what Relyn said. What a quote! And what a luscious bunch of grapes. A smile to end my evening!
